Overview

PCG® Sperm DNA Fragmentation Kit is recommended to be used to determine the degree of sperm DNA fragmentation in the following cases:
- Couples with persistent infertility even after treatment of the female partner
- Couples with unexplained infertility
- Couples considering IUI, IVF, ICSI
- Recurrent miscarriages or early pregnancy loss
- Men over 40 years of age
- Men who are smokers
- Men on certain prescription medicines can affect sperm
- Men who have been treated for cancer
- Men exposed to toxic agents
- Men who have had an Urinary Test Infection (UTI)
- Men considering varicocele repair
