PCG® Index Ligation Kit
Technology:
PCR-free - Index attachment without amplification.
Intended use:
Attaching Index Adaptors to DNA segments for encoding various samples, and adding necessary sequences for gene decoding using Illumina sequencing systems. Suitable for high-precision applications such as non-invasive prenatal testing (NIPT), non-invasive cancer testing, and methylation level assessment.
Overview
The cfDNA marking and quantification kit is used to attach index adaptors to DNA segments, encoding them for various samples, and simultaneously purifying these DNAs for next-generation gene sequencing processes. The non-amplification index attachment technology allows library preparation with minimized error and sequence repetition.
Indications:
Specialized for laboratories with trained personnel.
Principle:
Attach indices to DNA segments using ligase enzymes without amplification (PCR-free).
Purification using SPRI beads, without gel (gel-free).
Quantification using fluorescent dye and comparison to DNA standard curves.
